Gold Roofing offers a 5 year workmanship guarantee for all new roofs and all re-roofs completed by Gold Roofing. This meets or exceeds the industrial standards.

Factory Warranties

There are many types of shingles with different factory warranties. Each type of shingle will be rated for different classifications, the most common being rated for wind and impact resistance. Factory warranties protect you from a manufactures defect or a faulty product. In most cases the manufacturer will pay the cost for the labor and material to correct the problem. Some product manufacturers can offer an extended factory warranty if desired.
